International Patients Support for,
The international patients’ department of Apollo Hospitals will assist in planning your stay in reputable three- or five-star hotels as well as comfortable guest rooms before and after your treatment, as needed and in accordance with your budget.
After a successful treatment, the doctor will provide you advice for aftercare and, if required, follow-up support for future sessions. We organize all of your medical reports, help you with any questions you may have following your hospitalization and direct you through the discharge procedure.
Indian government restrictions apply to foreigners’ entry, stay, and departure. By giving you the required information, we can help you obtain a medical visa from your country’s embassy or consulate.
Patients must send the hospital a copy of their passports and the passports of any accompanying individuals. The patient’s medical visa invitation letter will be sent via email to them and the closest Indian embassy once the hospital’s International Patient Care staff has received the copies of the passports.
Your name as it appears on your passport with your passport numbers will be included in the medical invitation letter that we prepare for your visa. One letter of invitation will be adequate for the patient and the attendant. Patients from other countries are advised to print the document and bring the required documents when they visit the Indian consulate.
