Dr. Fuat Yuksel
Dr. Fuat Yuksel was born in 1964, an profound aesthetic surgeon of Istanbul with 33 years of experience performing 25,000+ surgeries in plastic surgery field. He completed his schooling from Ankara and Istanbul. And graduated from GATA (Gulhane Military Medical Academy) Medical School in 1988. He practiced for 2 years in Izmit-Kandira, and then went on for specialization studies at the Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery Clinic of GATA Haydarpasa Training Hospital in Istanbul.
Dr. Fuat Yuksel practiced as specialist in Diyarbakir Military Hospital. From 1997, he worked as Assistant Professor at GATA Haydarpasa Training Hospital. Between 1999 to 2000, he accompanied Prof. Dr. J. Bostwick III to Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, as an observer. In March 2003, he was promoted to university associate professor, and in April 2009, he was promoted to professor. In June 2009, he was named department chief of the GATA Haydarpasa Training Hospital’s Plastic, Aesthetic, and Reconstructive Surgery Clinic in Istanbul. Due to the full-time employment law, he resigned from this post in April 2011 and retired from TSK (Turkish Armed Forces).
His private office in Istanbul-Kadikoy-Fenerbahce has been open since then, and he has done his procedures at the Florence Nightingale Hospital in Kadikoy since then. He has membership of national and international associations such as Turkish Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Association (TPRCD), the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ISAPS) and the Turkish Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery.
