De Quervain Syndrome in Bangladesh
The tendons on the thumb side of your wrist are affected by De Quervain’s tenosynovitis, which is a painful disease. If you have de Quervain’s tenosynovitis, turning your wrist, grasping something, or making a fist would most likely hurt.
If none of these therapies work, your doctor can suggest surgery. The tendon sheath is released during the procedure, allowing your tendon to move freely.
It’s an outpatient procedure, so you can go home right away. The physical therapist will most likely see you again for post-surgery exercises to strengthen your thumb and wrist.
