Dr.Ayyappan is an orthopedic surgeon specialized in arthroscopy with a special interest in shoulder surgery. He is trained extensively in arthroscopic surgery of the knee, shoulder from South Korea and Australia, hip arthroscopy from Japan. He is also trained in arthroplasty/joint replacement from Apollo Hospitals. He has several research papers to his credit in shoulder surgery.
