In 2009, Dr. Kadir Yildirim graduated from Gazi University’s Faculty of Medicine and completed his general surgery residency at Samsun Training and Research Hospital. Between June 2017 and June 2019, he  worked at Samsun LIV Hospital as a general surgery expert after working at Muş Varto State Hospital and Arşamba State Hospital. Since February 2019, he’s been employed at the VM Medicalpark Samsun hospital.

Memberships Turkish Association of Surgery (UCD), Turkish Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (BMCD), and Turkish Obesity Association are his professional affiliations. More than twenty articles have been published in international refereed journals, and scientific investigations have been published in proceedings books from several international conferences. He is currently pursuing a career as an academician and teaching at Stinye University as a PhD faculty member.
