Gastric Ballooning cost in Bangalore
What is Gastric Ballooning?
A gastric balloon, also known as Orbera, is a blue-dyed balloon that is put into the stomach by an endoscopic operation. The balloon is fixed to tubes that have a camera and are inserted from the mouth all the way to the stomach. When the balloon reaches the stomach, it is inflated with varied volumes of saline solution for a maximum of 6 months. The inflated balloon creates a feeling of fullness in the stomach, which prevents huge amounts of food from being consumed. After 6 months, the balloon is removed using endoscopic tubes in the same manner as it was placed.
