Acromioclavicular Joint Repair in Bangladesh
The Acromioclavicular Joint (AC Joint) links the shoulder blade and the collarbone in the body. The attachments between the shoulder blade and the collarbone may be torn in some cases, resulting in a shoulder separation. Injuries to the AC joint may be treated with antibiotics or cold packs to reduce pain, a sling, and, in some cases, surgery to reconstruct the joint’s attachments or shorten the collarbone.
