Renal Angioplasty Surgery in Bangladesh
Renal angioplasty is a procedure that involves removing plaque from the renal artery (blockage). The artery that provides blood to the kidneys is known as the renal artery. A catheter is inserted into the artery via the groyne area and is designed to reach the blocked part. The balloon in the catheter is then inflated to break the plaque, restoring the vessel’s natural lumen and ensuring normal blood flow.
If necessary, a stent can be inserted into the artery to keep it open normally.
