Shoulder Impingement Syndrome in Bangladesh
Impingement of the shoulder is a common cause of shoulder pain. Since it’s so common in swimmers, it’s also known as impingement syndrome or swimmer’s arm. Other athletes who use their shoulders a lot, such as baseball or softball players, are prone to it.
If other treatments fail, surgery to enlarge the space around your rotator cuff may be needed. It can then move about easily without trapping or rubbing against your bone. This is usually accomplished through minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery, though in more severe cases, traditional open surgery may be required.
