Dr. Ravindra B S

Dr. Ravindra B S graduated from Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences, Dharwar University, Dr. Ravindra did his post graduation in General Medicine from Government Medical College, Nagpur and specialized in Gastroenterology from Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College and LTMG Hospital, Mumbai, where he also shared his experience as a lecturer. He also has completed fellowship training in EUS, Double Balloon, and Spirus, from Copenhagen University, Denmark.

Dr. Ravindra is among the few Gastroenterologists in India to perform an endoscopic ultrasound. His interests lie in therapeutic endoscopy, end ultrasound, and hepatology.

Being recognized right from his schooling till his post-graduation days, Dr. Ravindra was also nominated for the Best Resident Award at LTMG Hospital, for two years consecutively. He was one of the 10 Fellows from all India chosen for the First Indo China Joint Medical Mission at Beijing where he was honored by the Chinese Premier.

Dr. Ravindra has authored articles in reputed journals, has been an active participant and made presentations at various conferences, some of which, he has ever presided over.
