Dr. Lalit Kumar

Dr. Lalit Kumar is a Medical Oncologist in Delhi, who practices in Dr. Kumar’s Medicare Centre and in Dr. B R Ambedkar Rotary Cancer Hospital. In addition to this, he is a professor and Head of Department of All India Institute of Medical Sciences.

Not only did the Government of India felicitate Dr. Kumar with the Padma Shri but also with the Dr. B C Roy Award, which is the highest medical award by the Government of India. Undoubtedly, this makes him one of the best oncologist in India.

Regarding his education, he graduated from Sarojini Naidu Medical College followed by his DM from Adyar Cancer Institute, Chennai. Dr. Lalit Kumar has memberships in various medical associations and has won many other awards apart from the Padma Shri,. His areas of interest are Bloods stem cell / Bone Marrow Transplant, Haematological Malignancies and Gynaecological Malignancies.
