About Dr. Rummana Bari

Dr. Rummana Bari earned her bachelor’s degree in medicine from Sir Salimullah Medical College in Dhaka in 1994. In 2016, she received her MD in Nephrology from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU). From 2012 to 2016, she worked at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU).

Prior to joining Labaid Cancer Hospital & Super Speciality Centre, she worked as a Consultant at Ibn Sina Hospital from 2016 to 2017. She also worked as a Consultant at Al-Manar Hospital. She then worked as a Consultant at BRB Hospital from 2017 to 2019.

Dr. Rummana took part in a variety of intensive training programs at BSMMU, including Kidney Transplantation. Dr. Rummana’s research work has been published in numerous scientific journals both at home and abroad. She is particularly interested in Glomerular disease and critical care nephro dialysis.
