Dr Pinky completed her graduation in 2004 from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences at Bangalore, India with MBBS degree. Then she proceeded with MS in General Surgery from Govt Medical college at  Trivandrum and completed in 2011. She was always interested in plastic surgery and got seat at Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute, Bangalore and completed MCh – Plastic Surgery in 2016, which is considered as a great achievement. After completing her MCh, she flew Seoul to learn ear reconstruction, double eyelid surgery and facial cosmetic surgery. Also her passion for cosmetic surgery took her for 3 months training in Belgium.

Dr Pinky Devi Ayyappan is a Consultant (Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery) at Manipal Hospitals in Bengaluru’s Jayanagar. She does fat grafting which includes facial ageing, breast enhancement, and scar removal. As Fat grafting is still in its infancy in India, yet it is widely utilised around the world,   Dr Pinky in well-known expertise in it.  She also does onco reconstruction, repair of congenital anomalies such as cleft lip and palate, hand and facomaxillary damage, and burn treatments.
