And for residency specialization training he went to Ankara GATA Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery Department and completed it in 2001. Now he was a specialist in Plastic Surgery. 

For next 4 years, Dr. Fatih Uygur was working as Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery specialist at Balikesir Military Hospital till 2005. From 2005 to 2003, in the Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery Clinic of GATA Haydarpaşa Training Hospital he worked as a lecturer / Assistant Professor.
