Dr. Muhitdin Eski
Dr. Muhitdin Eski has 22 years of experience, he was born in Trabzon, 1967. He completed his high school from Istanbul, in 1991 he graduated from Gülhane Military Medical Academy (GATA), Faculty of Medicine. From same college he completed Plastic Surgery residency training in Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Department, 1999.
Dr. Muhitdin was hired as a Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery specialist at Ankara Mevki Hospital. She got the Mediterranean Burns Council scholarship in 2000 and worked at the Cochin Hospital in Paris while working here. In the same year, he was awarded and spent three months at the Defense School of Languages in London receiving advanced English language training.
In 2001, he was admitted as a fellow at the NYU Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery, one of the most prestigious training and treatment institutes in the United States, where some of the country’s most well-known plastic surgeons are educated. Here, he worked with Joseph G. McCarthy, a world-renowned plastic surgeon.
In 2003, he was elected to the American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS). In 2003, he returned to New York and began his academic career as an Assistant Professor at GATA’s Department of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery. Working with the department’s valuable lecturers, he performed a variety of academic surgeries. During this time, he published more than 30 articles in international journals and more than 20 pieces in domestic journals. In 2008, he was promoted to Associate Professor, and in 2015, he was promoted to Professor of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.
