Dr. Murat Gurel
Dr. Murat Gurel has 18 years of experience in the field of plastic surgery and he is well known in Istanbul for his expertise skills. He was born in 1975 in Ordu. He completed his primary schooling in Konya and secondary schooling in Samsun. In 2000, he completed his graduation in medical from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, then after worked in Ankara Atatürk and Training and Research Hospital Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery department for assistance training in 2006.
Many national and international articles were written by him during his residence studies. In 2008-2009, he worked at Mustafa Kemal University’s Faculty of Medicine’s Department of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Cosmetic Surgery on a variety of cases involving rhinoplasty, breast aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, cleft lip and palate, and flap surgery of various types.
Between 2009 and 2012, he worked on a variety of maxillo-facial surgical cases while earning his PhD from Krkkale University Faculty of Medicine’s Department of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery. After completing his six-year PhD, he was transferred to the province of Aksaray to perform his necessary duty, Plastik, Rek. As the Responsible Physician of the Department of Cosmetic and Aesthetic Surgery, he performed various aesthetic and reconstructive surgery procedures.
